Facebook Messenger (NASDAQ:FB) and 1-800-Flowers.Com Inc (NASDAQ:FLWS) have teamed up to ease the process of ordering flowers.

1-800-Flowers.Com is among the country’s leading flower-ordering websites and now, you can access the company’s services in a simple and effective manner via Facebook Messenger.

All you have to do is chat with the 1-800 Flowers’ Facebook Messenger account to order flowers for a special someone. Additionally, a mobile shopping app has linked up with the messaging app.

Spring is another e-commerce site that uses a chatbot to help in the navigation of an online consumer’s web order.

FB stock is up 1.5% Tuesday. FLWS stock is up 3.3% Tuesday.
