Veterans Day 2016 free meals are happening for members of the military.
Here are some of the offerings available to veterans — former or current — who show their ID at the designated location:
- Applebee’s (NYSE:DIN) is offering a free meal on Nov. 11.
- Bob Evans Farms Inc (NASDAQ:BOBE) has free breakfast for veterans all day.
- Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. (NYSE:CMG) has a buy-one, get-one option on any burrito, bowl or salad.
- Cracker Barrel Old County Store, Inc. (NASDAQ:CBRL) will give out a free slice of Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola Cake to dine-in customers.
- Friendly’s is offering veterans free breakfast, lunch or dinner.
- Another place offering a free meal to veterans is Hooters.
- Home Depot Inc (NYSE:HD) is giving out a 10% discount to veterans and active military.
- Lowe’s Companies, Inc. (NYSE:LOW) is offering a 10% discount as well to veterans.
- Outback Steakhouse (NASDAQ:BLMN) will give out a free Bloomin’ Onion and a beverage to veterans.
- Red Lobster is offering a free appetizer or dessert to members of the military.
- Ruby Tuesday, Inc. (NYSE:RT) is giving free appetizers to veterans and active military.
- Texas Roadhouse is offering a free lunch from 11 a.m. until 2 pm for veterans and active duty military members.
- White Castle is another company on the list, offering a free breakfast slider and a small coffee or soft drink on Nov. 11.
