The debate about what you can post on Facebook, Inc. (NASDAQ:FB) and what you can’t post continues to rage as a new case in Europe set off some alarms.

Facebook18-year-old Carinthia of Austria has filed a lawsuit against her parents as they posted more than 500 images of her as a baby without her consent. The images were shared with their 700 friends, and the father claims he has the right to the photos because he took them.

“They knew no shame and no limit — and didn’t care whether it was a picture of me sitting on the toilet or lying naked in my cot — every stage was photographed and then made public,” the 18-year-old told The Local Austria.

The woman’s lawyer believes she has a good chance of winning, and the photos will likely be removed from Facebook. She is seeking financial compensation as well–the case will go to court in November.

In some countries such as France, such a breach of privacy could land you in jail.

The social media site may be working on Facebook Messenger chat rooms, which can be used for public conversations about certain topics. The company refused to comment on the matter.

CEO Mark Zuckerberg recently sold $300 million worth of FB stock.

Facebook Messenger announced that it recently added an “instant video” feature to its app.

FB stock is up 0.3% Friday.
