ReAlpha Tech (NASDAQ:AIRE) stock continues to rally on Thursday following the launch of its first artificial intelligence (AI) real estate Smart Buyer’s Agent.

Claire is the name of this new service, and it comes with zero commission. The company’s AI service guides buyers through the home-buying process without the need for a real estate agent.

Claire is currently limited in its scope, with it only being available to buyers in Palm Beach, Miami-Dade and Broward Counties in Florida. The company hopes to expand the service to reach a larger customer base.

Mike Logozzo, president and Chief Operating Officer of ReAlpha Tech, said the following about the launch:

“Our goal when creating Claire was simple: to completely reinvent the homebuying process through the use of AI to help homebuyers find their dream home, at a great price, with the best experience.”

AIRE Stock Movement

AIRE stock is seeing heavy trading on Thursday following the AI real estate buyer assistant’s launch. This has more than 9 million shares traded as of this writing. That’s well above its daily average trading volume of about 1.7 million shares.

AIRE stock is up 43% as of Thursday morning. That builds on its 93% rally when markets closed yesterday.
