Best Airlines 2015: Virgin America Takes No. 1 Spot

Wichita State University and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University have released their Airline Quality Rating (AQR) study for 2014, which can help fliers find the best airlines in 2015. The AQR study uses several factors from flights to determine the best airlines. These factors include if flights were on-time, if baggage was mishandled, is fliers were refused boarding onto a plane and customer complaints.
