General Mills plans to remove all artificial colors and flavorings from its cereals by the end of 2017. The change is in response to customers wanting more natural ingredients in their foods. Trix will undergo the change this year and green and blue are being removed as colors in the cereal as a result, USA Today notes.

General Mills didn’t say how much it will cost to make the changes, but it did say that it won’t be passing the cost on to its customers. 60% of its cereals already lack artificial ingredients and more than 90% will by the end of 2016, USA Today notes.

General Mills isn’t the only company looking to cut artificial ingredients. Other companies have also announced efforts to make their food more organic. Click on the links below to see their efforts in the matter.
