Marriott International (MAR) is adding Netflix (NFLX) to some of its hotels.

marriott-netflix-mar-nflxEight Marriott locations will be getting Netflix added to their TVs as part of a test to see how the service does with guests. The company hopes to pull in more guests with its offer for the streaming service and Netflix benefits from more subscriptions, reports Bloomberg.

The exact details as to how Netflix will be offered in Marriott hotels is unknown. It’s possible that access to the streaming service could be part of a premium package, much like high-speed internet. Adding other streaming services, such as Hulu and Pandora (P), in hotel rooms is also being tested by the company, Bloomberg notes.

The current Marriott hotels testing out Netflix and other streaming services only allow users to log into the service with their own accounts. The tests offer the service for free. It’s possible that temporary accounts will be given to guests to use with the service after the tests are done, reports Digital Trends.
