apple-rumors-airpods-trademark-aaplTV: Customers looking to buy one of the new Apple (AAPL) TVs when it comes out may be disappointed by its gaming capabilities, reports MacRumors. Developers that have gotten their hand on the set-top box early have discovered that only two Bluetooth gaming controllers can be linked to the device at once. The new Remote for the TV can also be paired up while two controllers are linked, but that only means three players can play at any given time. Some game developers were disappointed to discover this as they were looking to make games that supported more than three players.

AirPods: Rumor has it that Apple is looking to release a wireless version of its Earpods called “AirPods,” AppleInsider notes. Several trademark applications have been filed for the AirPods in different countries. The applications have been filed by a company named Entertainment in Flight. Entertainment in Flight hasn’t done much since it was founded and it’s believed that it’s a shell company made by AAPL to hide information about the AirPods prior to its launch.

MVNO: Apple may be working on its own mobile virtual network (MVNO), reports BGR. Eddy Cue, senior vice-president for the tech company, recently hinted at such a feature during an interview overseas. He said that AAPL is trying to find a way to fix roaming charges for its customers that travel abroad. Cue said that the company is making progress in this effort, but that it has to convince a lot of people to make it work. This combined with previous rumors of the company’s work on a MVNO has some speculating that this is what Cue is referring to.
