Leshi TV CEO Jia Yueting has compared Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) to Hitler.

apple-hitler-aaplYueting, the billionaire that founded the video streaming service he now leads, shared an image on his official Weibo page that showed a cartoon image of Hitler. The cartoon Hitler is wearing a similar red armband to what Nazis did, but it has the Apple logo on it instead of a swastika, reports The Verge.

Text that accompanies the image of Hitler and a group of small children, meant to represent Google’s (NASDAQ:GOOG,NASDAQ:GOOGL) Android, compares the two. Specifically, it deems Android as a platform for freedom and iOS as one for tyranny. The CEO goes on to compare Apple to a “dusk empire”, meaning that it’s time has passed, The Verge notes.

Yueting’s image comparing Apple to Hitler on Weibo has received around 1,00 likes, 235 shares and has close to 300 comments. The original post can be seen here.
