For example, tech giants Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) and Alphabet (NASDAQ:GOOGL, NASDAQ:GOOG) are set to release their earnings reports after markets close today.

On that same note, other major players in the space will release their earnings reports this week. Among these are Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN) and Meta Platforms (NASDAQ:META).

Outside of earnings news, ongoing economic factors have stocks up today. That includes the 10-year Treasury yield rising higher as volatility around it continues. However, the yield has yet to climb back above the 5% it saw on Monday.
